I got an email today with the following text from dazt.com:

    Thanks for your email,

Datz.com has experienced a technical error which has resulted in some
    purchases failing

You may have been promoted with the following error
    soapDx3SalesService:newOrder SoapError: 0016this order's country is not
    permitted to sell this
    product:

We're aware of this problem and working to resolve it ASAP

We suggest if you have a voucher that you wait until next week to ensure
that all 5 albums download successfully.

    Sorry for the inconvenience caused,

    Regards

I've already purchased one of these dongles when they were £4.95, it won't allow me to purchase another one at the £9.99 price. Is there a way around this?

sadly I doubt it, as the promotion looks like it has came to an end with the deal finishing 31 July

They have put up another promotion, again back at the £4.95 price. I can't get a discount code, could someone possibly get the latest code for me so I can get another dongle. Thank you.

Still doing it for me. Managed to get a couple of albums but most still come up with this error message. They won't answer my emails, anyone got any ideas, as this has been going on for weeks now.

You say they won't answer your emails - have you tried phoning?
  • Been struggling with this frankly pretty stupid website for a few weeks now. Contacted datz.com by their contact form and by phone (rang for about 10 minutes with no answer, twice!!).

Does any one have any solutions to the absurd "Country sale not permitted" message yet? Have any of you managed to get through to datz.com - its been far longer than a week like they told one person on here.:mad::mad:

    Many thanks,
  • Looks like the site has now gone for good. Never got round to downloading my albums :(

Anyone want to buy a 3 PAYG modem for £10. :p

I managed to download two albums, didnt want to waste the vouchers on buying something rubbish so i was waiting for something new to come available. This was a real waste of money in my opinion, the broadband isnt that good a deal so i will probably never use it (have to use it all in 30 days, £10 a month for internet is too high) and the site had hardly any good albums available, only wished I had just bought anything to use up the vouchers now. £10 for two album downloads is not my idea of money saving!
