  • I've now tried twice to get this and no luck. I realised my error first time round but the second time I have no idea why it said payment invalid. Credit card is in credit, addresses written the same, but it wouldn't process.

    If you have been successful what screen do you get when you click the final 'make payment' button?

    Anyone received theirs yet or even email confirmation of order? I ordered mine on Wednesday and the 9.99 has already been deducted but nothing by email or in the post yet (said 2-3 days delivery).

  • I got mine through yesterday. Voucher enclosed but haven't checked the music out yet. Invoice looks far more professional than their website...

  • My dongle and voucher arrive today. I have registered with Datz and used the voucher.

    As far as I can see - most if not all albums are included in the deal. I got 2 x Paolo Nutini albums, Elbow - Seldom Seen Kid and a couple more obscure ones that I wasn't expecting to find.

    Once you've gone thru the checkout with the free albums, you can then download. However, you have download each track separately, rather than click a button for the whole album. As one of my albums had 19 tracks, it was a bit of a pain - but it was free!

    I imported 3 of the albums straight away into i-tunes and they are now on my i-pod, and play perfectly. The other two albums are protected WMA files, but I believe that I can burn them onto a CD and then import them into i-tunes.

    I keep getting my cards refused. Also, when I spoke to a 3G live chat operative, they were incredibly unhelpful and rude, just so bloody ignorant. I was so hacked off, I copied and pasted the conversation into a complaint to 3G. That was earlier today, I'm still waiting to here. Why is customer 'service' so crap in this country?? Jack, Devon.

    jaquesaulait, that has nothing to do with this offer - that's an issue for 3G. The people doing the offer don't have live chat anyway.

    Just spoke to the people running the offer and they were friendly, efficient and helpful. I guess due to the inevitable popularity (which might be a little unexpected if they weren't expecting it to be advertised by MSE) the delivery time is now 5-7 days.

    "inevitable popularity" - the offer was through uSwitch so they must have been expecting some demand.

    Anyway good to see that people are getting what they ordered, I just hope mine turns up before I go away for my holidays (or I'll have to visit McDonald's )

  • Got my voucher today and downloaded Elbow in WMA, which would import into my Itunes, and then failed to be burned onto a brand new disc, so I can't put it on that way either...as this can't seem to be transferred to my IPOD a bit of waste of money I am afraid, steer well clear
