how is it all going. I bet you are meeting yourself coming back aren't you? What does your OH think of the win?

Yup, it's a bit full on at the moment. What OH thinks about anything is hard to fathom. He is very proud of me. But I don't know how much he understands about what I've taken on. And he is showing no signs of stepping up to the plate and either earning or managing things at home very well. I decided a while back to stop writing about him on here, as it only brings on a chorus of "he's got to go!", which I'm not prepared to deal with. But I am as frustrated and fed up with him as ever.

I've arranged with my boss to go down to four days a week straight away, and three days a week from 1st August. I'm relieved about that, but worrying about how to make up the income. On my day off this week I'll write to my freelance clients to let them know I'm more available.

Glad you seem excited by new challenges (and that you are happy to deal with what you can and leave the rest to settle in it's own way)!

Money not looking good. NatWest OD is the highest it's been since 2006.

I am trying to sort out mountains of paper and set up proper systems for accounting and stuff. My desk and the floor are covered in mountains of paper and I hope to instill some kind of order today.

Other areas of life not great either. I feel very gloomy about my relationship with OH. I have not posted much about it on here as a) it's a website about money and b) I think he may read this diary. He knows I post here and would recognise my username. Is there a site like this for discussing relationship problems? With such wise and generous people posting on it?

I'm not sure what the alternative is. I feel the same about not posting my relationship stuff on here - never really have done, and am the same on fb.

You know where I am though, if you ever need to chat, either on fb chat, or email, or whatever x

You can always create another username if you think that MSE is the best for what you want.
