I would recommend using this company for the free gifts but I imagine when claiming cash back it would be extremely frustrating. My first phone was faulty but they replaced it with no fuss within 2 days so they are def a reputable company. Hope this helps
Hi,
I was just wondering, which email address are you using to contact them? I was using enquiries @buymobilephones.net and have had no reply so far!! Please could you give me the one you were using?
Thanks!!:j0 -
After reading these posts, I was really worried about this company so I phoned them explaining my concerns. Despite the lengthy delay in getting through, they were really helpful and did everything to allay my fears. My free gift (37" TV) was out of stock but they promised it would be sent within 48hours as a delivery was due. The falling point was City Link who were behind due to the snow, so we collected the gift from their depot... As the 37" TV was out of stock, BMP sent us a 42" plasma for no additional cost. Bargain!
Have recommended friends and they are happy too!.. On a side note, they are also What Mobile Online retailer for 2009... speaks for itself really!0 -
They are a good company but do have stock issues on free gifts. I think this is probably down to the fact they buy the gifts in bulk (say a min of 10-15) they then have to wait for the commision from the suppliers to come through before ordering the next batch.
Like I said before I have always received my free gifts and you get a lot more from them then you do from going direct to the likes of orange.Everyones opinion is the most important.....no wonder nothing is ever agreed on.0 -

Seems they are out of stock with everything........either they are liars and it is just an excuse or they have a crappy supplier.
They gave us that snow excuse as well but again, that is just an excuse. They received our free gift claim vouchers on 24 November and at that time there was no snow anywhere! Not for a few weeks!
After 2 months of waiting for the snow to melt I asked for money instead of the free gift.
@mistress02: not sure if that is he truth with that Mobile Online retailer 2009.
I found this on Internetretailer.com: The last eBay-centric article to appear on WebProNews concerned mobile transactions during the holiday season; the company was quite proud of its stats and had made some noise about them. Now, there's essentially been outside confirmation of its impressive performance, as eBay was declared the 2009 Mobile Retailer of the Year.
Looks like that price went to Ebay rather than buymobilephones...0 -
Hey everyone,
I got a 12 month contract with buymobilephones.net 7 months ago which gave me a mobile phone with 12 months cashback by redemption.
After five months i sent them my 5 bills along with the claim voucher and also emailed them to ask if they received everything, they responded and said that my cashback claim had been accepted and the money will arrive on the 11th of this month and they advised that it may take up to two weeks for it to appear on my bank account, on the 15th i saw a payment but only of 3 months. Ive emailed them but got no response what should i do, im going to wait till the 25th as that would complete the 2 weeks they said and if i still haven't been payed i will email them again.
But if i still don't get the money what can i do, ive thought of reporting this to watchdog but what else can i do ... any help would be greatly appreciated thnx.

Hiya Saqalaian,
That sound's ok to me.. i.e. the cashback that you have received. Based on the T&Cs on the site...16.1.1. Line rental refunds for 12 month contracts, text pack/bundle refunds and cash backs will be paid in four equal amounts on timely redemption of each of the four claim vouchers (supplied with your mobile phone), with the appropriate network bills.
Make your claim by sending in:
- your first five airtime bills (where your first bill is the first correspondence from your network requesting ANY payment) and your first claim voucher within 60 days of the date on your 5th airtime bill;
Hope that helps you.

Interesting to see so many first posters praising this company ! Like we're going to believe them.
Anyway I was going to take a cashback deal out with them but now I won't bother. It seems that if you select auto cashback or a gift you may be in with a chance.0 -
Yh i know i'm a newbie but i only joined moneysavingexpert cos i thought i had a problem and i was not praising the company but was thinking of reporting them to watchdog, i know i haven't any proof but what proof can i post into this forum to show you all what i said was true, anyway my problem has been solved thanks to someone so i don't really need to be saying anything else.0
