But still massively below what is needed for HPI. .
And yet HPI has occurred pretty consistently since February.....“The great enemy of the truth is very often not the lie – deliberate, contrived, and dishonest – but the myth, persistent, persuasive, and unrealistic.

You know what? I never knew a whole quarter of one single year in 2009 could be talking about and ramped so much.
You'll dump this line soon, just like those with a heart of stone who had a love affair with Merthr Tydvil dumped that place and fell smitten with Aberdeen.0 -

Both are based on surveys by the NAEA. You can't applaud a source in one thread because you agree with the findings and then rubbish it in another because you don't. Well you can but it undermines your argument.0 -

The LR is the toy in waiting. Will get played with when Nationwide reports drops, as the LR should then be reporting rises. So the goalposts will be changed again

Well I didn't applaud that source you are talking about.
But my point was, one is based on a survery of ESTATE AGENTS, the other is based on a survey of BUYERS.
Slight difference.0 -

Oh yes i totally expect to see imminent rises. The big question is, for how long and how big remains to be seen and at the same time which way will Haliwide swing in the near future?0 -
Same story, spun differently - Slowdown in June housing market"The state is the great fiction by which everybody seeks to live at the expense of everybody else." -- Frederic Bastiat, 1848.0

How can it be 'far stronger' if fewer people can get decent mortgages now????
Please take the time to have a look around my Daughter's website www.daisypalmertrust.co.uk
