I would imagine so. What I don't think you can do is buy an item at full price, return it to a shop during the sale at full price and then try and buy it immediately back from the shop at the sale price. Someone tried this while I was in the store in the last sale and weren't allowed to do it, something to do with if it is a directory return the shop need to send it back to the Directory. However if all you plan to do is return the full price item, provided you have your receipt (so they credit back the full price) I can't see there would be a problem.

Thank you - I'll give it a go. I've never returned anything instore before as we don't have one here, but can travel out to one if it makes it easier than sending it back via MO and hoping it doesn't get refunded at half price.

Oddly, I just added it into my basket and it was already half price, went to check if anything else I liked from the preview list was aswell so added a couple to see (they weren't) and it made me sign in, which emptied my basket of the half price cardigan, and now it's adding it as full price again.

Thought my luck was in then!!! Bit odd they now have more stock of it when it was in the last sale at half price and been sold out ever since in my size and it's now back online at full.

I thought I did well to get the 6am slot on Thursday, but it seems the Wednesday ones were released first ( I hadn't got an invite on mine until last night when the rest of you had already)

I was chuffed when I saw a cardigan was back instock that I missed out on last time, and in the sale listing too - but now I don't want it to get sold out on the Wednesday VIP slots.

If I buy it at full price now, and then if it is still there on Thursday morning when I have my VIP slot and buy it again at half price, can I send back the one I bought at full price and get the full amount back??? ITMS???

I don't mind paying for the delivery twice as I've bookmarked a few other bits to buy on Thurs if any of it is left!!!

Yes you can do this but I wouldnt return it until the sale one is delivered. Even though it says your getting the item sometimes the items never come.

They do not allow you to keep it and them adjust to sale price though as I tried this before too

Why Emweaver - where do you think it is made? What makes Next different? They are made in Sri Lanka. Do you not think that if Next were not using sweatshop they would be advertising it everywhere? Did you not see the documentary on sweatshops?

No documentaries like that do not interest me but Im sure if they did use sweatshops they would be exposed by now like Primark. Even if they do then they must be more skilled and using better quality material as you cant even compare it with Primark for quanity and style. I went into Primark a few weeks ago and walked straight ut the limited choice of clothes were poor and sizes ridiculously out.

ANyway thats not the issue here as were all here to ENJOY the Next VIP sale

Hi I have been informed from an "insider":

The VIP for staff and couriers does not start until tomorrow. Nothing from the sale has been sold at sale price yet, so the items going will just be selling at normal price, or the warehouse are doing stock checks.

A link was posted earlier allowing all those who did not get a VIP slot to look at the items on sale. Has it been removed as I can't find it anywhere and I would like to have a look at it again?
    Thanks
