Sorry to hear about your throat - have you caught it from the poorly DS?
And just who is Tom that you've cooked up for dinner and is he tasty?
I think I have, it is the same thing DS1 had on Monday and DS2 today - it has been short lived in them.
I'd quite happily put my Tom in a pot and turn him into turnip stew tonight:rolleyes:toottifrootti wrote: »carslberggal

No sorry it was a post of Natty's very strange - maybe I edited incorrectly in multi-quote - sorry
Back from cricket and a bit weary but I do like to watch it, I'll be sad when the season is over, especially as it will be back to football which I don't enjoy. The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -
Evening all,
Thanks for your concern Soappie and Toots, i'm feeling the same as i did yesterday, i bought a thermometer today and haven't got a temperature so i think i'm just a bit run down. I went to work and they're back tracking now about it being swine flu. The cook has a chest infection and the boy who was taken to hospital hasn't got SF but because he has a heart condition and he'd been in contact with someone who has SF they just wanted to make sure he was ok. The rumour mill is working overtime though:rolleyes: so i'm not sure what's true and what's not. I guess i'll just have to wait and see. It was my last day today and i managed not to cry.:o.
Beki i'm glad your DS is ok and i hope you're not too shaken up.
I'm off tomorrow so i aim to get my whole list done:eek:. I need to find it first though.

Crikey, some people are never satisfied :kisses3:
I'm here! But google sends me from Hampshire to Perth either via Zeebrugge OR via Douglas and BelfastOnly if I'm walking though... it you ask for directions by car it's fine!
From Yorkshire, by foot, the most direct route is straight up the country taking 3days 16 hrs. Alternatively, via Belfast, takes only 2 days 21 hrs :T
We had the most wonderful day at the Great Yorkshire Show :j Good food, great company and the biggest collection of beasts I've seen. We even saw Jay Rayner in the cattle sheds (Claire's little lad) whose writing I love :T DH and Ispent a lot of the day discussing which pigs and sheep we'd like once we get our smallholding, and me disuading him from having a cow
Exhausted now, so see you in the morning :happyhear

Maybe we should have a sponsored flylady walk to see toots... we'd all get fit, lose weight, raise money AND get to have a big flylady meet at toots' house (I'm assuming she has room for 200-odd footsore and smelly flyladies)
