well I just want to tell you that i will be crossing something off my wish list on saturday - A lovely flylady named JO will be up here and is going to come and see me on sat and take me into town so I can get my manicure!!!! Is that great - I am all excited now !!!

Been outside all day with 11-14 year olds, charming all of them, but I am a dimwit and got sunburnt after all my nagging...d'oh!

I'm here! But google sends me from Hampshire to Perth either via Zeebrugge OR via Douglas and Belfast Only if I'm walking though... it you ask for directions by car it's fine!

Jo - I've PM'd you...

The job is one in Surrey - it's a consultancy role, which might be interesting... I like telling people what they're doing wrong, how they should be doing it, and then leaving them to sort it out! It's early days yet... I've worked out that its likely to take me 6 months to find a job, based on the salary/ts&cs I want, and if the restructuring at work continues at the same snails pace, I should be OK financially. I do also have savings/mortgage overpayments etc which mean I could survive if necessary, although if I haven't got anything by the time I'm off the payroll I'll probably book myself into language school or go off travelling/volunteering before restarting my job search!

Good luck for tomorrow for both Valli & Fedup... at the end of the day, it's useful experience. (Did you get my email Valli?) The fact that you've got as far through the process as you have is great in itself!

Right... off to put the risotto away, find ice-cream and have a bath. I've drunk too much wine this evening so it's a good thing I don't have an early start tomorrow!
