grrr.... I ordered the sweets for PTA stall about 9pm last night :(
My light may be on, but that doesn't always mean I am looking at the PC - I am far more likely to be cuddling or feeding Tianna atm, so please don't think I am ignoring you if I don't reply quickly :)

Our Precious Baby Tianna has now joined our Family, she is much loved and very welcome, xxx

Received my latest order midweek everything ok although no alphabet letters which were the main reason for my order :rotfl:

However..order was missing the apple juice carton drinks despite it being ticked on the packing sheet and charged. Emailed but no response. It was 'only' £2.50 so I probably won't pursue, but irritating nonetheless.

I had a similar problem with this weeks order. Phoned up (took two attempts to get someone) and they were very happy to offer a refund. They do respond to e-mail but it takes some time as I think they are rather busy in the office.
I hate making phone calls but it was worth it this time.

definitely pursue it - I phoned Andrea once and she told me people were asking for credits on things costing 10p :D But anyway I think it's alerting them to if they have a serially bad packer. I don't bother if it's a split packet of noodles etc but a missing item I find annoying.
I did say they could put a credit on my account rather than a credit card credit but I don't think they could as I got a cluster of small credits one week where they'd been piling up.

    Hi,
Thanks for all the help and suggestions, this was for my niece who has just moved into her first place, and lives quite a way off from me. Gosh how I wish I knew someone local !

I rang AF and they said that as it was only a one off if I put it on the message they would look out for it and hopefully this will work.
They have no problem with how many account one person has, but PP get a bit atsy if it is not for your address, good thing really I suppose!
Google will let you send to multiple addresses. I tried to send a box to my daughter at Uni, added an address on AF system but failed to sort it on googlepay and it spent weeks travelling around the country.:o

They currently have 2.6kg (!) cans of stewed steak and kidney for £1.49....worth a mention I thought.

Recieved my first order today- all correct with one exception- had ordered go ahead crispy slices- which i'm sure were 17p or 19p- a packet of five slices- to get 24 individual go ahead fruit bakes- the soft style bars which no-one likes!!

Have sent an e-mail but wondered if anyone could tell me how I return the unwanted bars?
Have asked for a refund as the price is now 99p per packet(beginning to wonder if i had made the price up??) which would make my order for 24pkts £23.76!!
Did anyone other than me see them at the cheaper price??

I pay by googlepay and I get an order receipt which lists the stuff & the price at the time I ordered. Sorry didn't notice the go ahead bars.
