Ignore them as you wish..even i think they are way out but if you do not take time to read articles that go against what you agree with you will end up like many on here who denied the house price crash weeks before it happened.. Most have disappeared with their user names changed due to their shortsightedness.
Yeah i miss !!!!!!.Official MR B fan club,dont go............................0 -

that's quite true - but people will look at you in a year or two's time and think how short-sighted you are and wonder where you've got to...0 -
This is what it's come to, moneyweek being referred to as "respected" and an article laden with typo's and idiocy as evidence. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0

chucky ..you predicted this crash did you not??? and all the financial implications....i seem to remember your posts..It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.0 -
WOW "UK Property to HALVE Between Now and July 29, 2010 "
I guess we are going to see circa 5.61% monthly drops every month for 12 consecutive months.
Even higher if there are no drops or let alone rises in the coming months:wall:
What we've got here is....... failure to communicate.

Will that be before or after the German style hyperinflation the report suggests is coming? Please remember other opinions are available.0 -

Whilst slightly harsh words, anyone with half a brain knows the market is screwed for years to come. At the start of all this i thought 18 months of falls would be enough. As time has gone on however this prediction is now into a few years (2012-2014) because no-one involved in property wants to budge from the 'glory years'.
You only have to look at the government doing its damned hardset to keep it afloat and sellers dropping prices a measly 6.6% (source: RM) since the start of the crash. Possibly rightly so, however it will only drag this on faaaaaaaar longer than necessary.0 -
While I agree further drops are in the pipeline over the next 2 years. I cant see it being as severe as 50% drops."For those who understand, no explanation is necessary. Those who don't understand, dont matter."0

Seems desperate measures to sell some magazines, even if they are offering 3 free issues.
Don't they realise if what they say is true, people will not have the luxury of paying their £75 yearly subscription.:wall:

GeoffKY cuts and pastes a spam email that was posted on the hpc site earlier, and received a similar level of disdain even over there with the Rabid Bears and BNP crowd.
Why on earth would anyone repost such a thing, when it's pure SPAM, and guaranteed to get you ridiculed????“The great enemy of the truth is very often not the lie – deliberate, contrived, and dishonest – but the myth, persistent, persuasive, and unrealistic.
Belief in myths allows the comfort of opinion without the discomfort of thought.”
