How many points do you get? What's the value of a point?Morrison`s have matched Asda where I am at 99-9p a litre unleaded plus you get points.
You can get 1p off a litre at Asda when paying by special Asda credit card (deducted from pump price so no waiting/collecting)"Now to trolling as a concept. .... Personally, I've always found it a little sad that people choose to spend such a large proportion of their lives in this way but they do, and we have to deal with it." - MSE Forum Manager 6th July 20100 -

I think that the real news here, is the fact that at long last, the price differential between diesel and petrol has disappeared. When I first bought a diesel, the price of the fuel was cheaper than petrol. I expect it will rise again as the sales of heating oil pick up in the autumn. But in the meantime, I for one, am grateful for a little relief in my wallet.I can afford anything that I want.
Just so long as I don't want much.0 -

A fuel fact.
Buying fuel from supermarkets is a false economy. I ran my diesel Astra on supermarket fuel for 2 months and averaged 47.8 mpg, I then ran it for 3 months on branded fuel (in this case, Shell), and averaged 56.2 mpg. Thats about a 12% difference. So to be a cheaper alternative, the supermarket fuels need to be at least 13p/litre cheaper.

It would be interesting to see the data if you have it available? I always wonder whether supermarket fuel is different but I've heard that the additive mix is the only difference between them.A fuel fact.
