Graduation

I didn't get anything for my first or second graduation (degree and doc). But having both parents in the same place for degree graduation was trauma enough! Didn't go to my second for that very reason. Instead I bought myself a lovely Tiffanys silver necklace to congratulate myself! I wear it every day.

my mum and dad have got me a nice leather laptop 'handbag' style bag that can also hold lots of paperwork (i'm hoping to be a teacher one day!)

my big brother got me a links of london friendship bracelet. he's just showing off because he's got a well-paid new job though.

i feel very lucky to get these, and to have my parents come see me for graduation (my mum has not been able to visit me 'at uni' while i've been there, so i'm excited for her to see where i live).
