A PS3. I worked flat-out for my masters and got a very good mark. But I won't complain if I don't get one since I know it's expensive and I'm not spoilt enough to throw a hissy fit. Would be nice though.
Saying that, I have yet to hear a well-done or congratulations from my dad.
I got my bro a £600 video camera when he graduated. He's lost it now .0 -
Not going to graduate for a few years but judging how hard I had to work simply to pass my first year I think I'd like a holiday.0

My parents bought me a flight to the states to visit my cousins, also received a beautiful necklace from my nan, some money from the family.
Had a bottle of champagne from a friend, and a bracelet from my godparents!
Also got a novelty graduation teddy which went straight to the charity shop: would have preferred ££!0 -
All my mates got cars, holidays, etc. I got a graduation teady bear. Robbed lol.0

I bought my mum a present when I graduated from my first degree, not the other way round!0

I never thought about giving a graduation present. Some of you seem to have had quite expensive gifts.
Think I'd better start saving a bit harder for when DS x2 and DD go off to uni.
At least I will get my TV back and peace and quiet in the evenings. There is a God after all!Be happy, it's the greatest wealth0 -
I'm impressed! I got a bit of money when I graduated. Would have loved a holiday!Sealed Pot Challenge Number 1225

I'm sure you've all realised that I'm picking your brains. DD is on holiday at the mo at a full moon party in Thailand, lucky girl.
I'd like to give something to keep and remember but it's so difficult to find something for her to treasure in good taste not tacky (no bears I promise).
Thanks for your suggestions keep them coming.0 -
I won't be getting anything. My mum has said she'll come to my graduation if she's not busy... She really doesn't get uni and the fact that graduating is a big deal.
Oh well. My present will be knowing i've succeeded at something outside my comfort zone. That's enough for meStudent MoneySaving Club member 0210 -

ah, you sound such a nice person hope it works out for you.
I always wanted to go to uni when I was 18, my mother who couldn't afford to pay me anything wouldn't pay, my father who could have afforded it also wouldn't help me out financially. Now years later he's telling me I should have made the effort to have gone
Thank goodness for The OU. Can't wait for my lot to go, I'm going to support them as much as I can, but they can buy their own boozeBe happy, it's the greatest wealth0
