    Hello everyone.

Just wanted to give you all a little update. I can't believe it but in just over 2 months my BRU is complete! I have just passed 4 years since I was declared Bankrupt. I am doing well, have a little flat of my own and am working in a job I don't mind too much! I said it before but you are all great for the help I was given on this thread. Thank you everyone.

Thanks Guys! Things are a whole lot better. I don't post on here much anymore, mainly because the whole BR thing brings back the worst year of my life. Saying that, I am glad I did it as it looks like it has helped people who were in the same boat that I was in 2009 and that is what the whole point of this diary was.
  • What an amazing read.

I read the whole thread from beg to end with a pot of Yorkshire best.

You are an inspiration, brave and honest guy.

If you were to write a book about it I would buy it for sure.

Thank you so very much for sharing, keep on sharing and good luck for your future.

    Thanks

Thank you Sir! I started the diary for two main reasons. The first being when I searched online for going Bankrupt with Gambling debts very little info was available. What was there confused me. So I thought there must be others in the same boat as me so if I could get some help then maybe others read the diary and get some solace from it,

The other reason was I had nobody to talk to, even now I don't really, I couldn't talk to my mates and my family about it so the people here helped me get through it.
