1.9% drop in 2nd Quarter
no real surprises that affordability is improvedFirst 6 months of this year total fall is only 1.96%.
I think my 10-15% fall was pessimistic.
without doing the math i think it's a 3% or 4% drop since Jan i think

I did it from Dec price (so we get the full 6 months of the year).

I'm interested to see just how far apart the Nationwide and Halifax now are. They seem to be getting further apart each month.0 -
To be expected after last months mammoth gains. I dont think anyone was thinking that they were going to show another rise.0
