These cc companies are all the b****y same, I had a conversation with barclaycard yesterday and emailed them but so far no joy, no-one has phoned back as promised so hey ho, they will be getting the heave ho as soon as poss too, just wish it could be sooner rather than later.

Good luck with BC, they are my 'EGG' I'm having a mare with them.

I'm counting down the days for you hypno for your jollies, it is very well deserved. Hope you and family have a fantastic time! :D

I have an emergency (FREE!) Double Decker in my bag today...been there since yesterday afternoon. *Must show as much determination to debt-busting*

Spent £3 on lunch for today as ran out of time this morning trying to get the cat to let me put his eyedrops remotely near his eyes. Annoying as I have just gone a record of 5 NSDs in a row! So now on £7.86

That is one of my jobs for my week off - I fear it may take me the full week to get it organised

We have decided to do some company research at work.....so are having Domino's Pizza delivered - after all, we need to see if they are worth investing in :rotfl:

I have been to boots to get something to hopefully help me switch off a bit and sleep. I am not a fan of sleeping pills etc, but I am getting in desperate need of some quality sleep.

Hiya Hypno hun - sorry to hear you are not sleeping well

if you'd like to give a natural remedy a try - the naturopath i used to see in canada gave me a recipe that worked like magic when work would not let my brain turn off

bring a cup of milk to the boil (not zapped, but in a proper pot) over a gentle heat with a pinch of nutmeg (freshly grated if you can) and a smaller pinch of tumeric - bring off the heat and pour into a cup over a a metal spoon that has a glob of honey on it - stir gently until the honey is disolved and the milk has cooled - it looks a bit odd (very yellow) but smells lovely - sip slowly over 15-20 min about 1/2 hour before going to bed

it took a few days to kick in but the great thing is it's natural!

That sounds fab - I am all for natural, and have bought homeopathic stuff today. I am happy to let things take a few days to work - that is why I thought I would start now, so I can hopefully be in a sleep routine for my holiday!

I have nutmeg and turmeric and honey at home.......I will let you know how I get on!
