  • Hi As one of my debts I have a joint account I have been using in mine and my husbands name. He is now aware of this (not happy) as he has perfect credit history! i would like to remove his name out of the equasion before I deal with my debts as I do not want to drag him down with me. Does anyone know of anyway to do this as my bank won't give a larger overdraft to clear the one on the joint account. Also if i decide to go bankcrupt how will this affect him?

chewylouis, I am afraid that I don't know the answer to this. You may be better to ask the question on the bankruptcy board. They will have the answer for you there, I am sure.

Good luck, and feel free to pop back in here and let me know how you are getting on.

Afternoon all, was briefly sunny and warm here but big black clouds are now amassing!

I've spent no more of my virtual £20 :j

Now think of ways to emulate show offs who are making money as well as not spending their 20 :rotfl:

Glad the car wasn't too dreadful. Mine's in for service and MOT next week its going to be very very bad but got to be done.

 Chewylouis, hope you find your answer and welcome to the wonderful world of Hypno's diary.

I'm trying to chase three daddy long legs out of various doors and windows at the moment. They keep going the wrong way I look like a right muppet and a workman on the block across was laughing at me
