Thanks CG, they are good kids, and I am very proud of them.

Am feeling a little better now that I have had some rest. I didn't fancy the cottage pie I made for dinner, so will have some porridge and then go for an early early night.

One positive side effect is the NSD I have had today......

I've decided to take today off and try and get some energy back. DS has a migraine so I have left him to sleep so DD has gone to do his paper-round, driven by OH because she has no idea where to go! So much rushing around this morning despite heavy heads all round.

I hope everyone with colds and other lurgies out there feels better soon and that you all have a good day x

Hope the lurgy goes away soon - it's horrible when you feel so unwell. It's lovely that everyone pulls together in your family to help one another out. Love to your son too.

Isn't that the truth. Hypno, I'm glad that you're taking today off too, you really sound like you need it. You'll come back stronger for it.

Hope you go back to bed and have a little doze............:grouphug:

Thank you - I have my fleecy blanket on the sofa, and the heating will go on for an hour in a little while, which will then keep the house warm for most of the day. DS does a paper round every day of the week, so when combined with his early starts for skiing, he too manages for most of the time, then hits the occasional brick wall, which for him can come out as a migraine - we all need to learn to get the balance right!

In MSE news, my normal monthly payment for the barclayloan came out, and a scrap of money from a casino reload hit my account, so I have been able to reduce the debt by £241.74 today. That takes me just below £23k in total, so I am getting there.....
