Hypno, that is a brilliant analogy!

Same thing has happened to me, thinking I was pregnant...only that it was a doctor who said it!!! Really inspired confidence before he did an operation on OH!

I fell asleep again this afternoon......I really must be tired! Apart from the tiredness, I do feel better, so fully expect to be back at work tomorrow.

I have thrown out another half dozen items of "past their best" clothing......continuing the decluttering theme a little, and have tidied my shelves in my wardrobe.

I've still not lost any weight - so my size 12 clothes are less likely to be worn again in this lifetime.......I will leave them hanging up until the end of October, and if I haven't started to lose weight by then, it will be silly to keep them, so they will go then.........

Well, I am making an effort in the weight loss stakes, so by the end of October, I will have been at it for 6 weeks. If I have started to lose weight, then I will stick with it, and be able to get back into my old clothes within a matter of weeks, but if by then I have still not lost anything, I can be fairly sure that I won't, so might as well get rid and get new over the winter.........I am trying to streamline my wardrobe as part of the declutter, so a good clearout will only be a good thing anyway.

Hypno have you thought about asking for the blood test for thyroid to be done - that is often the cause of not losing weight even if you are sticking to a really healthy eating plan. Can be the cause of all the tiredness (on top of your hectic lifestyle)

Glad you are feeling a bit better though
