Well, I have battled the crowds and got the last bits of school stuff - not cheap because DS is now a size 9 shoe, and is taller than me, so most "back to school" stuff is too small..........:rolleyes:

Still, we managed to get done without risking starvation this month. DD has been given some "hand me downs" from a friend for her uniform so she is sorted without extra cost, which has certainly made a difference to the uniform shopping this year.

Please can I pick your brain about Dooyoo? How do you get a "Circle of Friends"?
I know it sounds dumb, but is it a case of simply adding people that have rated you or is there some other etiquette?
I don't want to be presumptuous and add people that don't want to be friends (God it's like being back at school "Will you be my friend?")

That's about all there is to it - just add people you trust to your "circle of friends" and keep rating loads of people, leave comments on their reviews etc, and you will soon find that you have people adding you as their friend too!

It'll soon build up!

I think I could get quite into it. I have rated those that have rated me, though find it hard to give credibility to a review for "Heinz Ketchup". (Apologies for anyone who has - but really!).

Ashamed of the amount of matched betting I've (not) done compared with benben recently......I have finally found a new bookie and put on my qualifier on the football tonight to hopefully get a freebet tomorrow......

......another of those things I must get back into! There is free money to be had all over the place if only I put the effort into getting it!

:eek::eek::eek: I'm just about to send my brother the link to the intro thread, AGAIN :mad::mad::mad: but of course I'm also realising that I haven't been taking the free money from the market either why on earth do we do that? Its so much less stressful than being out for hours and hours doing mystery shopping, money for old rope really. Got to get my act together on that too. I'm glad you've started, at least.

And.....I did a casino sign up - deposit £20 and play through, and get £30 quidco......played through, and only lost £2, and the £30 has now been received at quidco too, so a nice profit of £28 when it gets paid to me at the end of the month
