Why would anyone pt their sofa so that they faced that wall in the conservatory???? If you put the sofa on the other wall you'd face the garden - much nicer ;)

edit: sorry that sounds petty :o but it's a NICE garden. (even with approaching water feature)

Nice house - nice price - nice location at the moment except you would have to retire too much travelling- that google app sounds interesting - narrow penninsula isn't that what sandbanks is and property is a fortune there? - need to look at the google thingy as I would still like a house with seaviews.

Manicured garden - just like yours then Hypno:rotfl::rotfl:

Wow that is propery !!!!!! at its best!! Its a lovely house. Living in the country now and being brought up by the sea I do miss it. Think we might retire to the coast when we actually HAVE some money. I'll keep plugging away toward the camper van and house by the sea. Good choice hypno:j

    Wow - love the kitchen!

I've always dreamed of a house that was a good size, well maintained, but still had a stonking great farmhouse style kitchen. I really should get out more.... :o

Nothing wrong with dreams like that Edinburgher! They are the sort of things that drive me to becoming debt free, so they have to be good!

How can I be late on Property !!!!!! day???

Loving the winterton house. I actually looked round a Victorian terrace there a few months back. I waver between big dream home nearer city or a 2 house lifestyle with seaside house and crash pad in city. Unfortunately as I want dogs my crash pad woud need to be fairly big and I can never make the budget work plus imagine two lots of council tax and bills etc

It seems very cheap but I guess that maybe because you'd need a snorkel to cook dinner in a few years

KC have you got a linky for the water map? Just in case I get tempted to look at any costal properties

The price must surely be because of the risk of a larger water feature than you had originally expected......but even if that didn't happen for 20 years or so, it would be a lovely place to be for those 20 years! Then I could just move into an old bids' sheltered bungalow, and live off benefits in my old age once the house has fallen into the sea......
