Hi DC! Not much in the way of property !!!!!! yesterday - there was not a great deal that took my fancy (at prices I could one day afford).......probably just as well!

And I *have* to get my hair cut - I've been cutting my fringe for about 3 months now, and the rest is developing into a *mane*

When DH and I used to dream we used peruse the pages of Prime Location.com, I still have a faded print out of a luxury Barbados residence stuck to the fridge..

I regularly read this thread for inspiration, and thought I would just pop in and say hello (which I did last month too and then disappeared into the abyss, sneaking on occasionally to check out the '!!!!!!')

I am so glad im not the only one who sits and gazes at homes that will one day be mine, top end of my future price bracket..yes...great excuse for paying off this one at the bottom of my current bracket...hell yes!!

Well, the student has gone home......

I have a funeral to go to late morning, and so I will blitz the kitchen this morning, then shower and make myself presentable for the funeral, drop DS off at the ski club on the way, and go to B&Q on the way back, because I drive past it home from the Crem.....Homebase is the other side of the city, so I will probably spend as much in petrol as I save with the 15% off.

Then I aim to get the beds dug over, and the weedproof mat down this afternoon, and hopefully the gravel down later today.

Then tomorrow we have to finish filling in the pond, and laying the patio over the top.......and cut back some of the big shrubs that have got too big.

Monday, the aim is to be able to enjoy dinner outside in a nice space. Knowing my luck, it will rain :rolleyes:

That's exactly it - looking at the very top of my expected price bracket....that means everything *should* be realistic with effort and determination. I don't tend to look at anything that is just silly-price....that would just make me depressed!

10p on scratches.....edging closer to payout little by little......

£8 received in the bank from the skyvegas thing, so that has been transferred to the barclayloan pot.....and I am another step closer to being debt free.
