Got cakes in the oven and they smell delish - not sure if they'll get iced for friends dd wedding on Friday. I offered to make wedding cake as pressie and was so pleased they only wanted sponge and not fruit - so a very MSE wedding pressie - everyone happy - they got the cake they wanted and I got to save lots of pennies.
