Poor Surfbabe, you have been in the wars, (as my mum used to say).

Hope your tooth has been put right at not too much cost to you Hypno and the new "shy" student doesn't turn out like Shaun's and duchy's neighbours!

Has the Egg actually gone yet? Understand how you feel about Virgin although personally I'd be sooooo cross about the interest levels on the Barclay loan I'd have to tackle that!

My holiday (such as it was) seems such a long time ago now - I hope you had a good one beanie!

Egg is not gone yet, but should be on 1st September, so not too long to wait :D

I got another appointment to get my tooth fixed near to Christmas - it is not causing me pain or problem, and I broke it back in March :o so I just had the check up today, with another appointment made for December. So not such a costly day today (just as well, because there isn't a lot left!)

I have, though, been very good and added another savings account to my list entitled "glasses and dentist" so that these things don't need to get put off - after all, if my tooth were to be painful, I would have to get it fixed because toothache is the worst pain ever! So a standing order for £20 a month has been set up ready for the next eye/teeth expense in the hypno household.

Operation "outside house" continues, with a tree having been felled today and taken away, and another very prickly bush having been cut down ready to go to the tip.....so the outside is getting there slowly but surely!

Im liking the savings account for glasses and dentist, great idea. I think that must be the way to go, perhaps a few small accounts we can squirrel little bits away into then we dont have to touch the day to day spends.:T Good on no bill at the dentist too. Garden is going good too. Can you send me some of your energy? I could do with a boost!
