    corn beef hash ,,,traditional version for me...layer of mash and corn beef,,
    topped with sliced toms.cheese,,popped into the oven to brown,,,mmmmmmmmmmm

    idle version
    micro spuds...cook and slice...place on plate,top with corn beef,then sliced toms,,,cover with grated cheese,sprinkle of parmasan cheese,,back into the micro wave to melt cheese

    Morning all! corned beef hash .... well, I could use quorn.... I haven't been onto dooyoo for a while, with being poorly, but I might be on the up again, so I'll see. Sorry your throat's bad, Hypno, what are you doing for it? I've been asked to do a mystery shop on the phone (I used to read about you being *asked* to do shops and think, that'll never happen, but it does!) and have a couple of hours work, so its quite busy for me ... hope all goes well for you.

    I've got beechams.....we shall see how things pan out.

    It is raining here, but still very warm. Quite dark, though, so lights needed on in the office.

    Mystery shopping is a bit quiet for me at the moment - I have a few tiddlers for later in the month, and an email one that is part way through, but that is it. I have missed several reasonable ones, simply because they are few and far between and have been snapped up pronto. Never mind.....I am poised ready for the next glut of shops when it happens!

    I also need to get back onto ebay and see if I can get a few more pennies in the pot.

    And I need to look at matched betting again.....

    And.....and.....and.....:rolleyes:

    Sorry youre not feeling well:( The MFiT challenge looks like a fab one! I rent with no possibility of buying so thats one challenge I wont ever be doing, never mind though, as Im very happy where I live and dont think I ever want to move!!!:)

    Morning jamie!

    Our mortgage has been on interest only for the last 6 years, while we tackle the other debt, and I am very aware that we have no other provision to pay it off at the moment.

    So.....the debtbusting will continue, and the three year challenge sounds just what I need to get me on top of the mortgage and increasing my chances of moving to my dream house within the next three years or so!
