Sarah - Hope the indoor water feature has stopped? OH hit a nail through a water pipe whilst laying our bathroom floor the other week and we had it all dribbling through our light fitting!

Yep they came and fixed it this morning, had to keep DS2 out of the way but it took five minutes, I just have a lovely water stain on the celing now:eek: which I will be getting the letting agent to sort out  (I hope)

I haven't tried making it before either, infact TBH the first time I tasted it when I was away for the weekend to Lossiemouth with OH in April and it was lovely. This is the recipe I hope to try at xmas.

Yes they asked me that and about 50 other questions too, they were very nice the people I spoke too, but I was just so frustrated with worry. I did send a nice email to them this morning explaing the situation with the ref numbers as I think It could be something to do with the computers issuing the wrong codes as I was one of 8 parents waiting who had the same problem. The main problem was the fact that the computer would not let anyone change the doseage, not the call center staffs fault I know. I feel really sorry for them as I bet they get some right aggravation from some people. I'm sorry if I sounded like I was having a go at the staff its not there fault its the way the computer system works.
