mary-op - I've had a look on here, and nothing specific to cheque book fraud. I'm just going to wait to see what the fraud department say, then COMPLAIN about them not cancelling the cheque book in the first place and being completely unsupportive throughout the whole matter.
I sorted out all the recyclable pressies last night (ones I'd been given but are to be passed on!! lol). Have quite a few bits - just need to find people to give them too. lolAddicted to Disneyland Paris!

Hi everyone,
Not been on in a few days- not really had much to say
Been keeping organised and sorting through present drawers and setting myself mini challanges.
Sorry to everyone going through bad times with banks/flu etc
Am currently on ebay.com having a nosey at what bargains are there (often works out cheaper than .co.uk) just browsing round hamper keywords lol. Not very exciting.0 -
sarah (and anyone else) -here's a site all about Christmas Seals and other customs to do with christmas. Makes good reading I think and worth putting in a folder.................lot of ink to print it all out though.
cd - good luck with sorting the bank out.
Least you've got some pressies to give that cost you nothing. I often do that unless is something from someone special. I get bags of bits and pieces from two friends of mine and theres always the understanding that if we don't like it to pass it on to someone else. 9 times out of 10 I can gather quite a few bits together.
The rest come from charity shops or boot fairs -long as they're unused or in good condition. Keeps the cost down - I'm at least 20 miles away from any of the £1 shops -just as well as I think I might just overspend if let lose in one.................lol
Just found the link to ''Night before Christmas'' variations..................really funny..............lol

Hello I'm elf
I love Wacky Bing-A-Ling - that is the best name
I love your christmassy posts sarah - sounds like your stuck in bed - I am def. doing those cookies on sticks - I like the snowmen - but the green and red thousands one is so simple for the kids to do and looks so christmassy. Just put the things I need on my shopping list for friday to keep (must check dates though) :-)
Hope you get something sorted cdsmiler!
Got my half cost order through - really pleased with the wallets - skin flint ones - they are just a novelty present but the wallet themselves are pretty good quality.
Started practising my christmas tags last night and have decided what I'm doing but tonight I'm working on a gift for my best friend for her birthday. We generally don't buy pressies for each other but I'm making paper flowers for a watering can I got - cos we're scrapping buddies too. Going to do a matching card too - will try and take photos.0 -
Sorry for all the posts but I have been so bored, I didn't think you would all mind with them being Christmassy LOL... Just tell me to go away if I'm annoying you:rotfl:.

Im home - I stopped in at B&M and home bargains on my way home.
They had forever friends lever arch files for 69p, so I bought myself one as the one I had planned to use was quite small and would NEVER have been big enough for all my xmas paraphenalia!
I bought lots of crafty bits and bobs that I need for my hampers and cards, as well as some hamper/stocking fillers which Im going to need.
I also bought some of the mini marshmallows as someone had pointed out were only 69p and BBE dec 09! So thanks for that!
I wondered what those skinflint wallets were like, so now that Ive heard good things, I may get some for my dad/brother etc....
Thanks
PS. Sarah, I like your random xmas posts, they kept me very entertained today when I was working..... :rotfl:Sometimes lurking, sometimes posting, but always flying
