My son is 5 and loves playing on Mario Kart on the DS (and the Wii for that matter) A DS is the best thing in the world, I had one for my birthday last year and never get a look in - DS likes to take it in the car and it keeps him very quiet!

Thanks hun, that is on his list of games, have asked his nana to get that one along with drawn to life spongebob as birthday and xmas pressies, there is just so many to choose from and he is a little stress head at times ;) if things don't go his way, dont want to buy games that will be too hard for him and him throw a wobbly.:o

    Thanks for the advice hun

Have had quite a productive morning - first of all my Book People order has arrived. There is a brilliant cooking for Christmas book for the kids called "Christmas baking for children" which has allsorts of wicked recipes, they look delicious! - check it out on their website www.bookpeople.co.uk and if there are any recipes you want pm me and I will post.
Also they are listing the "Wheres Stig" book for £3.99, haven't seen this cheaper (I don't think)!

Finally, ordered my ds bike for Christmas on Tuesday, money hasn't come out of the bank yet - and DH has phoned to say it has been delivered - could be the bargain of the week!!!!!

I would also say that you can buy an R4 card and upload games onto it. We bought the card and discs with about 300 games which you can mix and match for £50 - it was money well spent. If you get the card I am happy to loan you the discs, I am not sure whether I could email the games to you in some way?
