fedupandskint I got some labels from alenska's printables (sorry not got full link)or you could google 'free printables' -quite a few come up.

Sarah -sorry you had such a bad day yesterday.......know the feeling . Hope today's a better one.

Well, so far today I've re-done the tic-tac snowman and transformed gravy tub into an owl for my friend. Just needs a hat now........going to do it out of a sock but all I've got are the wrong colour:confused: Have to get a cheapie pair off the market on Thursday.............then just need some 'poo' type choccys for it................lol:rotfl:

Found some plain gloves to put a felt flower on.......got felt flowers out that I'd got and not one of them match up to a pair......... Maybe if I fiddle about and cut one to match the other...............might have a go at that.
Bloomin' mousemat !! My little idea of creating a door hanger out of it just isn't working........keeps coming unstuck so I've ordered some wooden ones like I had last year..............least I can stick to the same paper I've used.........its the right size and keeps peeling off anyway so should be a case (hopefully) of taking it off and putting it on a proper one.
Must remember not to have 'daft' ideas............:rotfl:

  • Hello you lovely crimbo nuts!

I have finally sorted, cleaned and done out my kitchen cupboards! OMG i threw away loads! It was amazing. I threw away anything i hadnt used for a year. Couldnt believe it!

Thank you for the challenge it was really needed in my kitchen.

I have also taken advantage of some of the deals posted on here in the grabbit it whilst you can threads. Got a lot of toys and toiletries etc for pressies and hampers and saved lots of ££££'s too so am feeling very positive at the mo but still have a bit to do. I havent started on any of my crafts yet tho so will need to start that this weekend i think.

The other thing i wanted to ask you does anyone know where i can print out Christmas cards for my children to colour in? I was going to buy some from Yellow Moon but they are £2.99 for 12 cards which seems a lot as they are only card and a bit of ink. Simialr to these:

    http://www.yellowmoon.org.uk/src/ADWORDS/product-Colour-in-Christmas-Cards-G222.htm

A few links for you here hun...

    http://www.activityvillage.co.uk/printable_christmas_cards_to_color.htm

    http://www.dltk-holidays.com/xmas/cards/index.htm

You could always just give the kids the card, some glitter and chistmas stickers and let them design their own if you don't find any you like.

    HTH

fedupandskint - hope you feel better soon..........so many people seem to have one cold/virus or another at the minute.

Working down my list of half done stuff.................just cut out two white felt flowers for sons girl friends gloves. They're pale grey, can be mittens so have a flap that folds over hooked to a button...........stuck the flowers on so the button goes through the middle and put bit of white thread round........another thing I can tick off - hope I don't find any more 'half done' bits kicking about............lol

I tend to read more than post here, but just wanted to mention a good price I found in Sains yesterday. They have a mixed wrapped chocolates bag (basics, which has choc, dk choc, and toffees) for £2.99 in their Christmas chocolates section! We bought a bag (testing purposes, you understand LOL), and they are very good! So we're going to be using those chocolates to put in the little decorated holiday bags from Lakeland to add to our gifts! Sooo much cheaper than the big tins! And for those of you making things with wrapped sweets, it might come in handy! There's not a "key" so to speak (well, I didn't see one - I may have overlooked it) of what's what, but hey - that's what the first bag is for, right? Again, testing purposes!

Everyone seems to be doing really well and time if flying by, it will soon be christmas :j I had an awful day yesterday, nothing went right,I've lost 2 keys on my laptop keyboard, so will have to send that off again to be fixed:mad:, I managed to forget my pin number on my bankcard and had it blocked so have to wait for another card and pin number:mad: I forgot DS1 was VIP in school and could go in his own clothes and sent him in his uniform , so had to come home and get him some so he could change, the house is a bomb site as we have been trying to sort out our bedroom, so I things all over the house as I'm waiting for our new furniture of which one piece is being delivered today and another tomorrow, when the rest is coming is anybodys guess

:eek: So I'm hoping today is going to be better :rotfl:

On a better note though, have managed to finish all my kitchen cupboard, have thrown away loads of stuff I never use and sent 2 bags to the charity shop. Had to take 6 bags to the tip and will have more to take this weekend:eek: where does all the rubbish come from????

Right I'm going for another Coffee and my tablet :rotfl:

Congratulations on the cleaning of the cupboards, sorry everything else when bums up, hope 2mor goes a lot better.
