PAP - totally agree with red squirrel. I had lower back pain that got worse when I ran. I saw a physio who taught me some pilates moves as it my weak stomach muscles that were putting a strain on my lower back.

Best few quid I ever spent, I never get back pain now...(unless I've fallen over drunk)

Oh Sammy you do make me larff. :D

I really do luv you all, you are all so different and yet so perfecto as a unit

Becky - I'm also starving but didn't have breakfast, cos I didn't have any milk, shop is only a 2 minute walk from where I live but I couldn't be bothered to go & get some before I went to work - how lazy am I ????

Hey Shell, thanks for the advice. You have not offended me at all. I think one of our biggest problems is that we are both very selfish people. He does use the spoilt child bit occasionally, but I know that I am, and I know in myself that I am at times rather difficult to live with. I think also that one of the "issues" is that he would rather I gave up my job that I do and take a lower paid easier less stressful job so that I could do more housework than I do, but I am a very strong willed person at times, and I not going to give up something that I have studied constantly for the last 5 years whilst holding down a full time job to do. Also, I have this thing in the back of my mind that one day he will leave me, and at least then I will have a decent salary to live on.

Scorgy - Are you sure you're not me (apart from the fact you're 2 years younger :rotfl:) & that your OH isn't my ex-OH
Mine wanted me to give up work all together & be a "proper housewife" whatever that may be  there absolutely no danger of me giving up work, not when he used to spend money like there was no tomorrow
Didn't like when my job stressed me out, was always wanting to go to where I worked & "sort it out"
I could never take him to work functions, well I did once, sooooooo embarassing never went again, he accused one of the guys I worked with of trying to get me into to bed, when I was standing talking to him & his girlfriend

Scorgy, I have to agree with what Lou said (and I'm an only child too).
