So basically this company is a bit hit and miss - not sure I want to chance it, even if the prices are good. Who has had a good experience with them and who hasn't?

I wouldn't use this co for a really special occasion as they just don't seem to be reliable enough. For general get well/thinking of you/treat for yourself or loved one they seem to be great, and if there are problems their customer service is fantastic, though it takes them about 48 hours IME to respond to emails.

This could all be teething problems, from the emails I've received and from other comments on this site they seem to be a small co trying to make a way for themselves. As I've said I probably will use them again....as long as the replacement flowers they said they will send turn up ok, simply because the customer service/complaints are handled so well when problems arise.

I wrote yesterday saying that I'd already had a successful Fressia order and I was now ordering the lillies. Well I havn't had to eat my words - my friend recieved them yesterday morning less that 24hrs form me ordering them - I had not paid for express delivery though I had asked for the earliest posting date. My friend was VERY impressed with the flowers and suggested she might use the company herself in future (oh dear she'll find out how cheap they were!!). This is praise indeed as she used to work for a florist and she knows her flowers. She also thanked me for the chocolates that came with them....which I didn't order or pay for.....anyone missing any in their order??? Or maybe it's just that it's my second order and they were being generous? Either way I didn't let on and I'm the one that looks generous at the moment!!
So 10/10 again for https://www.valueflora.com !!

I'm afraid I'll never use them again. What's the point of ordering flowers for someones birthday for them to be delivered a week late - hopeless!!!!!

I ordered the freesia's and arrived on time, no problems at all. Looks like I was lucky, although i did order mine after the easter rush so maybe its a good idea to order only at quiet times to help your chance of getting them delivered on time, could use a more expensive florist if it's during a busy period if you dont mind paying inflated prices.

The chocs are currently free with some of the flowers, lilies included :beer:

Might order some for my Mum, she's been a star lately and loves her flowers. I ordered the freesias a few weeks back for an Aunt who had just been diagnosed with breast cancer. They arrived quickly in good condition and my Aunt was very, very pleased

Sent for Lilies for my mum.arrived one day earlier than ordered Got quidco tracked also. Got to say first class service . My mum was made up. it appears that even if some people had trouble with their orders No one is perfect and its nice to know they at least are making an effort to their customers. I wish the Owner every success in the future.-Perhaps even a starring role in the Apprentice soon !

Ordered the freesias for my Nan. They arrived on time and my Nan has rung me twice, once to say thak you and again today to say they smell wonderful.

Recommended.
