i recd the frescias on time but ordered roses for my wifes birthday more than 2 weeks ago....NEVER RECD
adv russ by email - no reply, spoke via live help over 1 week ago but since then live help is not evident........ now sent 10 emails no reply
id rather spend £10 extra for them to get there from a local company.....
seem to specialise on 1st orders but nothing else0 -

Have placed about 5 orders with this company over the past 18 - 24 months. Have nothing but praise for them - very good prices, very good service every time. (And no, I don't work for them!)0

I placed an order on 25th April for two lots of the freesias, one for myself and the other to arrive on 4th May for my friends birthday.
Unfortunately my friends mother dies on the night of the 25th and obvsiously I didn't want them turning up on the day of her funeral telling her to have a fantastic birthday, etc, etc.
I contacted them through livechat and they kindly put the flowers on hold for me until I knew the details of the funeral and I was to e-mail Russ with when I wanted them sent and also an amended more sympathetic message on the card.
When I tried to e-mail Russ I got an automatic message back saying he was on holiday until 8th May and to contact [EMAIL="help@valueflora.co.uk"]help@valueflora.co.uk[/EMAIL].
I did this with the details but didn't hear anything from them so contacted them again on 2nd May to make sure everything had gone through.
My friend actually received her flowers on 3rd May with the original message and I received an e-mail from them the same day apologising for the delay in responding to my query as they had had problems with their e-mail server.
I replied that the flowers had arrived, etc but a bit disappointed they had the original message but didn't matter as we were both delighted with the flowers
I have just had another response from them apologising for the mix up and it had been due to the problem with their server and as a goodwill gesture I can have a seasonal bouquet free of charge at a time of my choice.
I thought this was very good of them as after all I had told them that we were both happy with the flowers.
Apart from this little hiccup I would order from them again without hesitation.0 -
I ordered freesias to arrive on May 4th and so far they haven't arrived. I've e-mailed them twice but no reply and the live chat doesn't seem to work. Who is Russ???? I'm very disappointed as they were for my grandmother's 75th birthday.Murphy's No More Pies Club Member No. 680

I ordered freesias on 18th April for my daughter in law and they arrived yesterday as requested. She is delighted with them and says they are beautiful.0
