nothing arrived for me, i'll email them and chase 'em
they're a good company, honest, i've ordered from them before and things were OK
you'll get your stuff back, just be patient, i get the impression that they're not that large a companymoney saving my @rse.
I've spent 10x as much as I would if I had never discovered this website :-)

I can't help with a phone number but have you tried their live chat? I had a wee problem with my order going through this morning and tried the live chat and it was sorted in a couple of minutes.
Hope this helps0 -

I just wonder if these problems have arisen due to the vast orders received from the people who saw this thread? *shrugs*. I've used them a few times before and never had any problems. The first problem I encountered was since this thread was started and then Easter being in between. Possibly the volume has been too much for them to cope with - something they weren't anticipating? I can honestly say I have been very pleased with them at previous times. So if your order does get sorted don't write them off but give them another chance. For their prices and going through Quidco it is good value.0

Ordered the freesia deal on Tuesday. Arrived Wednesday in great condition. I would use again.A bank is a place that will lend you money if you can prove that you don't need it - Bob Hope.

mum's arrived, grandma's didn't.....
mum was incredibly chuffed with hers, a few brownie points for me.....
Emailed russ, and he's arranging a redelivery for grandma...... I think it's fair to assume they might have got a couple of extra orders over easter :rolleyes20 -
Ordered 20 roses for my wife on Tuesday.
Arrived today with a small box of chocolates. She was well pleased. Even though they arrive by post the quality was excellent.
I will be using them again0 -

Pleased to see that some of you will give them another chance. Russ sorted out my order & by having him on here I personally think it's worth keeping them at the top of your "flower" list.
