ordered roses for the wife over 2 weeks ago, adv been sent..... emailed them on several occasions but no reply...... live chat never there.....

i think that its a 1 man band and russ is the only one there...

had no probs with frescia... but its getting ridiculous now !!!

Thank you for sorting this out , mum said flowers are much better quailty and still lasting , she is very pleased with them.

Was a bit worried at first as was first time i used this company and first lot of flowers were not to good at all , but they come good in the end.
