Morning all! Have lost another lb since yesterday so am very happy this morning! I realised what I was doing wrong - exercising more = being more hungry, so I was eating more. Now I'm exercising more but not eating more!

    Today I need to:
clean bathroom (it's yuck in there)
    Finish kitchen list
Do one hour of DH's accounts (otherwise I will have to do 2 hours tomorrow)
Start on sewing up cushion cover

Good morning everyone. Ive been up since 5 as I could not get back to sleep. Was thinking about mum, DD and my friend whose husband has been missing for 2 weeks.
Big hugs Boddy, you sound really stressed. What happened with the missing husband, are the police searching for him? The poor lady must be so worried about him

Mummy of 5, are you getting excited about the baby?

Msgnomey, hope your interview goes well today – how lovely about the new suit, it sounds lovely

Greenbee, do not do anything about the cupboards this week, put them on the list for next week. The priority is the cake and the wedding. Hugs for getting the mixture wrong, but it will soon be remedied, hopefully you will be able to get the shopping you need and have an early night tonight!

Big hugs Methekidsandthecat your leg sounds so painful

Jinky, that’s so funny about your DD writing house rules, but good she has put tidying up on it!

Tag, what’s happened in your road? I guess the chippy was boarding up something. The button: if you look at your post about the police and go up from your name (or any post at the top of the page), above where it says the day and time, it has views 9888 and then a down arrow – that’s the view first unread button

Pigpen hope you feel better soon

    Hugs Jo

Spose I'd better make a start - I will join you in the end of your HHC Orkeny Star

Hi, I am very late to join in this week as I have been concentrating on sorting out bedrooms.

My challenge was to completely empty DS2s room and DDs room and after the new carpets were fitted to not allow any junk back in. DD came yesterday and too ALL her stuff away.
DS2 has completely removed all his rubbish and his room looks really good, quite grown up, which it should as he is 20!!
Third challenge was to sort out DS1s wardrobe and floordrobe and we have 3 bags from there to go to other families and charity shop.

Fourth challenge was to not do DHs accounts but to 'help and encourage' him so we can get our Tax credits form sorted and DS1s student loan posted. We finished at 10.15 today. Just need to phone tax credits and post student loan form.

Sorry but I have not been on here at all as I knew it would distract me and I would get nothing done. Dh has not been working so I have had him labouring for me all week.

Well done rosepink :j:jMy weigh in is at 1.30 today.
pigpen I hope you feel better soon. I hope you haven't got what I have had as I am still not back to strength after 12 days!!

    msgnomey Good luck!!
business mortgage £0))''(+ Barclay's business kitchen loan £0=Total paid off was £96105 PPI claimed and received £13527

Good morning all, just a quivk Hi, need to find list and crack on....bedding in machine and last nights washing on the line......back in a mo xx
  • Orkneystar - I'm in - might be a couple of minutes late though.

Greenbee or rosepink - got my pedometer this morning but there were no instructions with it. It has three modes - cal/km or miles. I've set it to miles at the moment and I'm just going to wear it all day. Does this setting sound right? Also, I'd obviously take it off if I was driving, wouldn't I?

Dh isn't at work this morning and is still languishing in bed but I need the bedclothes so I'm going to have to rip them off around him. The weather is great today despite the bad forecast and I want to get them all in the wash and dried before tonight.

    Morning all

    Wednesday's list done Toots :)
Two load of washing out on the line including all the throws from the living room. It's cloudy here but dry so fingers crossed.

Dog has had her hair cut, claws done etc and looks even more beautiful than usual ;)

I've dusted the living room and computer desk and vacuumed right through downstairs.

Going to have half an hour on here and then go round the house trying to see if there's anything I can get rid of to complete my No.5.

Hope everyone's OK, hope the interview went well msgnomey.

Blimus doesn’t it have a step counter? The miles would depend on how long your stride length is, so if it allows you to set that then the miles setting would be fine.

Orkney, well done with your HHC's, in the bit I was with you, I:
Have put away washing up, dry washing, started the WM and put cleaning cloths in the bathroom, and have had a bit of a tidy up in the bathroom and LR

Going to do half an hour of the dreaded accounts
