ooh go me! I have just shredded loads of divorce paperwork...while I sorted out passport/driving licence/birth certificate to prove my ID at the interview. Thats the trouble with filing cabinets - you keep filing stuff in them.
    ***ponders***shall I take my certificates?

DS has been on work experience AND HAS SPENT THE EMERGENCY FIVER ON FOOD ***grumble***
because he didn't have any breakfast so THAT will be changing tomorrow when I make him eat (and give him more food to take too, like the whoopsied sausage rolls (6 for 19p) that I bought and froze...

oooh Mummyyoffive do you shop at Freds (market hall outside) for your haberdashery?

    MAGNIFICENT MONDAY - DONE

    Hello everyone
    I've done levels 1, 2 and 3
And I've made a start on the ironing and done about a third of it.
I've also taken DS and DD and me for haircuts after school. In a while I'm doing the cupboard under the stairs - if I don't post again can someone come and rescue me as none of the family would think to look for me in there cos all they do is open the door and shove stuff in there!!!! That is so goona change

    Ta ra for now

Blimus, why not do what Greenbee and I have been doing which is getting a pedometer and trying to increase our step count? In the first week the most I could do is 3, 000 ish and now I’m up to 6-7, 000 ish. And I’ve lost 6 lbs! Walking is free and easy - glad to see you are joining in too Jo

Thanks rosepink and greenbee. I'm going to go and look on ebay for a pedometer now. There are 57 miles of 'Quiet Lanes' in the area where I live. I should go and start using them ;)

Blimus, I got this one from Argos that Greenbee recommended, and it's a really good one. HTH

DH just phoned, he will be another hour I reckon. Have had a snack so that will keep me going until dinner is ready. I think I will go and do some washing up before he gets in as that will make doing dinner much easier for him.
