Oh Toots - when you have a moment, I'd like a Monday star please.

Had to laugh. DS went up the corner shop in sunshine. Then the heavens opened as he left the shop. Absolute down pour for the three minutes it took him to walk home so he got soaked. Then, within one minute of him being indoors the sun came out again :D:rotfl:

Blimus, I got this one from Argos that Greenbee recommended, and it's a really good one. HTH

DH just phoned, he will be another hour I reckon. Have had a snack so that will keep me going until dinner is ready. I think I will go and do some washing up before he gets in as that will make doing dinner much easier for him.

Thanks rosepink. It's unfortunately out of stock in all the Argos near me. Shame as it was a better price than I was expecting. But I'll look for a digital one on Amazon or Ebay.

I've still got lots to do in the kitchen . Does anyone want to join me for a hhc 7.30 - 8.00?

    · [STRIKE]Meal Plan[/STRIKE]
    · [STRIKE]Shopping List [/STRIKE]
    · Expenses Spreadsheet - Started but dont really know what Im doing!......resolved thanks to another flylady :A

Ive done the shopping put it away - bought some whoopsies so need to re-jig meal plan, but should definately last the month now apart from fruit and milk.....she says

Greenbee and Toots - Dont panic! I do not intend to lose 7lb in a week.....I have just set myself a target that I will reach.....eventually - hopefully! :D Once Ive lost that, i will decide if i want to lose anymore.

As for the list - It was longer than that but i didnt intend to them ALL- I also want to do the linen cupboard, defrost the freezer and another zillion things - I thought if I put them all on one list - I could pick 5 that were convenient for that time depending on what the week brings, and whatever 5 if happened to be, I could at least get a special smilie! I didnt plan to do them all, but i have picked 5 as per your request. :D

Ive left the linen cupboard out this week as its too big to manage with the other jobs and if LO decides to sleep in that room then I wouldnt be able to do it and would risk not being able to get my smilie  .....so can we have this challenge again please? :D (I sneaked defrost the freezer into my kitchen list :p)

    Hope that makes sense! xx

Lol, Tooti, I meant we, and I actually meant my parents and brother not me!!! I'm more a 'we as in they do it and I say look at what we did' type of a gal!

DH is taking my mum to ikea on wednesday morning (he has a 7 seater car, so the seats are coming out and its the size of a small van), he commented on the fact that I didn't say I would bring my car up to have a look. Thing is, I am feeling very pregnant and just can't be bothered leaving the house. But I do have to get some excersize due to the gestational diabetes so I figure housework is excersize.
ok Tia I will let you off this time :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

rosepink - well so long as it is a healthy snack and not B&J ice cream!! I am ok thanks for asking. No I am not resting - I have to keep some movement to prevent clots forming - I am taking it easy though.
