A quick question re;PPI

Hi there
These questionnaires now seem to be procedure.
I would if you can just write next to the questions the best of your knowledge, write in brackets (please refer to my letter)
Or if they are asking questions on the sale of the loan, you can then write (I understand that you still hold these details from when you sold me the loan, so please refer to my account details)
Normally I would say leave it but as I am reading more and more of the questionnaire issues maybe just do that as above, they still have 8 weeks to get back to you from the date of your original letter.
Hope this helps and also write a letter about the other loan as well, meanings you have already sent the other one off, otherwise I would say send them together.
It does not matter, as you can keep the 2 complaints separate if you want to.
Good luck and please keep us posted.;)
PS, it makes no difference in regards of PPI reclaiming with hardship with banks, not to I know of, however they have 8 weeks to resolve or at least get back to you with a decision.
Unlike bank charges, this can be treated as an hardship claim, yet if you went as far as the Financial ombudsman service (FOS) and in hardship, you can let them know and you can request for fast tracking, where they will consider looking into your complaints quicker for you.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
