I just received mine, ordered last Thu I think.

The phone condition is okay, still has the clear plastic screen protector but has obviously been handled a few times. I haven't powered it up yet so don't know if it will contain some interesting snapshots like my recent reconditioned 6680.

The purple box also contained:

1 charger with the small connector the N70 needs, looked unused
1 USB/Pop Port cable to connect to the PC, looks unused
1 set of white headphones/microphone, looks unused
1 small bag which seems to contain a small black leather strap and a small lens cleaning cloth.
1 Nokia N70 CD (I will just download latest copy of s/w from internet)
1 Nokia N70 user guide.

There was also a "3" pack with sim card and some bumf, plus the envelope & instructions for the £10 trade-in.

Sadly, there was no memory card - either separate in a small holder as usual, or inside the phone. I guess I am not too miffed as the standard cards are too small to be of use to me, and as with the 6680 I will want a 1Gb one from Mobymemory so I can add some music, some s/w and have plenty free for photos, etc.

According to the tracking system mine was delivered at 0821 this morning, but as I wasn't in it was taken back to the depot so I'll have to collect it myself later.

AJP - is your phone locked ?

it would be amazing if the n70's were to come unlocked!!!!!

by the way, has anyone ever received either the N70/6680/6630 on the 3 network unlocked?

I don't know what it is, but I had an unlocked phone and the only network it worked on was 3 ??????

Sadly, it comes up with Sim card invalid when loaded with an Orange sim.

Having said that though, I fully intend to use it with the "3" sim anyway as it has a VERY generous amount of inclusive cross-net minutes, plus more texts than I can ever use, plus some downloads, etc. In a year's time I'll hope "3" are up to speed with unlocking these Simbian phones out of contract, and I'll see what other deals are around.

3 will unlock the phone for a £15 fee when you phone them in the last month of your contract

I received mine today as well.

The phone looks brand spanking new.

Unfortunately I did not receive any bag containing cleaning cloth. Also, I did not receive any memory card and the phone is locked.

But the phone seems new to me.....

so much so that I phoned 3 re upgradong my handset, I am past the 12 month contract period, I was offered any handset at ave monthly cost of £18 per month for 500 mins and 100 texts

They had N70 but was recondtioned (no accessories) she offered a further £15 goodwill voucher (i.e. £15 off my first bill) £17 ave monthly bill

doesn't beat The link ofer and is the only hanset im interested in

I took the upgrade but will keep fingers crossed that the offer comes up again within the next seven days.

recieved both phones yesterday excellent condition, with everything except memory card.
