N70 Free 10 Months

Personally I think that if you give it a while longer it will be academic as they will be sold out.

I went for the TT1100 tariff as the last 2 months at £45 pm is only a bit more than 2 months of TT700 at £35 pm & that still had the doubt about whether it was 12 or 18 months when I ordered.

I take prints of every page when ordering a phone to ensure that there can be no doubt about what I am ordering. Surely The Link would have no chance of changing it to an 18 month contract afterwards.

My only concern is about some of the issues I have read about getting Tom Tom 5 working with the N70. I have it on a 6680 and plan to give that to the wife and keep the N70 for me as I want the radio and better camera.

Was told by phone yesterday that the 700 tariff was definitely an 18 month contract. Put it in the checkout and it comes up as such. Have emailed for confirmation as web page still says 12 month.

And as if by magic it has just gone out of stock, but was in stock 2 mins ago when I posted the above.

it clearly states 12 month for both the VTT1100 and VTT700 tarrifs. Both with 10 Months free so £90 and £75 min term cost.


EDIT: However out of stock and when you try and put in your basket, you get the following error message

when i called yestreday I explaned that on the website the tt700 stated as 12 month, but it goes in the basket as 18month. They checked that on the web while i was on hold. Then the guy said he explained this to his supervisor and the supervisor confirmed that this was an error on the web. The tt700 will definately be shipped on a 12 month contract he said.

I tool the guys name and extension number down just in case...

if you look on the redemption for tt700 it says 12 mths and you redeemcashback on months 6,9 and 12
