I have had a positive experience with Wolstenholmes, especially with the Birmingham Office, who are professional. I sold my house with them and was kept informed by my representative.

I read mostly all posts on here and some complaints are justified and some are not.

What are the circumstances concerning your sale?

HA, another one time poster. How can you say that some complaints are justified and some are not? Do you know every persons complaint in detail because you are another poster posing as a staff member?! Do us a favour, get off here and go and do some work or give peoples money back!! :mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

I guess I am another victim fallen into the trap like an idiot. As usual I am still moaning about not reading this forum before jumping on to save few quids by using this firm. Paid £300, all looked ok initially but having no responses from them for the last one month. Still have time to complete. So, spoken to a high street conveyancer and I am planning to switch.

Can someone please please tell me the correct procedure for getting my £300 deposit back ?

These solicitors are a complete nightmare, as a Solicitor and Financial Adviser for 20 years I have NEVER come across such a rude Company, with no customer service levels whatsoever, and with technical problems that mean I now have clients who are unable to move today as planned and are on the verge of being homeless.
Needless to say I did not recommend them to the clients. Never ever use Solicitors on the basis of cost. Please always go with a recommendation. And if you want a stress free move do not use these Solicitors.

I dont think the commentary on Wolstenholmes Solicitors is fair or balanced. Clearly the Company has not gone into Administration otherwise it would not be continuing its business. There are of course clients who have had a bad experience but everything is being done to rectify and apologise. There is also the fact that there are a large number of property purchasing clients who are entirely happy with the service received. I understand that the telephone and email systems have been down for the last three days which cannot of helped. Despite that a large number of transactions have still gone through.

I am another ex client who had the misfortune of dealing with your incompetent firm.I had endless problems getting through to the actual solicitor and brought this to the attention of Nasser who is supposed to be the incharge. All he was interested was the number of cases you could put his way with complete disregard to customer service. I have been using HSK solicitors since last year and have given them best part of 50 cases with excellent results. I dont think you can defend yourselves as incompetence runs from top to bottom.

I was one of the large number of property purchasing clients who had terrible service from these guys. Please stop defending them as you seem to be someone working for them. More than 90% of the people on this thread have had terrible experience with them

Not one genuine case has come on the forum that has completed (There have been a few Wolstenholmes planted posts but to be fair who's intelligence are you trying to insult). Every single poster has received the exact same bad service. Why don't you get back to work on improving you're service, or even better wind the service down so no one else has to suffer you rather than come on here posting absolute crap. You should be ashamed of yourselfs for what you're putting people through.:mad:
