I was a good girl and in bed at 10pm last night.
Haha DD1 said to OH this morning daddy will you cut yourself again today? I loved being mums helper last night.MF aim 10th December 2020 :j:eek:MFW 2012 no86 OP 0/20000 -
Let's hope OH doesn't cut himself again!
I think I will prbably end up buying the car at that price! We went to a table top sale this morning and jokingly i said 'wonder if they have one'. my friend who had a stall produced a tiny one! DD looked terribly confused and disappointed! Can't wait to see her face when we get her the real thing, it's worth the cost just to see her little face light up.
Shame I don't have any evouchers. I had a look for voucher codes etc but not sure amazon are very obliging!June 2025 - part 1 - £19,145 part 2 - £21,973 Total - £41,118 29 months to go!0 -
I do surveys and select amazon codes as the rewards. I was 'saving' for a kenwood chef but keep spending them so oh well. I have been really restless overnight, been awake since 3am and OH gets up at 3:45 so already had brekkie and showered. I was considering having another hour or so in bed but kids will be up in about 30 minutes.
My sleep pattern is all over the place, I seem to be tired all the time yet come 9pm i am too awake to sleep so I stay in livingroom to let OH get to sleep without me disturbing him then end up awake until 2am or I go to bed with OH then wake up stupidly early.MF aim 10th December 2020 :j:eek:MFW 2012 no86 OP 0/20000 -

Morning LP,
Amazon vouchers have been amazing for me this year, I have bought so much for presents and things. Mostly from BP, are you on there? I keep meaning to get back on dooyoo as on 7k there but its so time consuming and annoying now the pts things has changed.
I have a really bad day if I get up too early as it really gets my back up, struggling with toothache the other night I was up at 4am watching tv grrr!
I see the next 3 months are all planned out for you hun, hope you can keep to schedule and it all falls into placeMPs left feb '08 276- Dec 13 36 :T MB Jan 10 ~ £82,377 Dec 13 ~ £29987

ztan - he is an HGV driver. Sooner he is on the road the sooner he is home.
Pammy - no I am not on BP, mostly c0nsumer pulse and QNA. I have done well with pinec0ne this year too. I am hoping 2011 is as abundent. I have about 18Kn dooyoo but can't get motivated to complete it.MF aim 10th December 2020 :j:eek:MFW 2012 no86 OP 0/20000 -
Lender still analyzing home report. So so stressy. we make the LTV no problems so just wish they would do check and rubber stamp.
A few times this week/last week I have suggested the halifax childrens regular saver at 6% if you bank with them to people to make use of the kids but it isn't something I actually do myself or even the FD one at 8%.
I think i need to get a bit of disipline and frugality into my lifeWe are spending alot of money on what seems like not alot. Christmas has been quite neutral spends wise so far but i think the kids have far far too much. Yet still we spent the weekend discussing garden toys and what to get. Blatently ignoring the fact we have literally 0 spare cash once the newbie arrives. Priorities all wrong I feel.
Think once kids go to bed (7pm) me and DH will be sitting and discussing meals/food budget plus other things to see where we can be making savings. I think there is some scope for savings but not sure where. I bleed out quite badly after childbirth and have not yet managed to breastfeed despite lots of support and supplements I just never had a good enough supply for exclusive BF and formula is expensiveWorks out at £40-50 a month depending on what brand works. Food wise I am quite happy with meat 1-2 a week but DH feels deprived if he does not get meat at least 6 times a week. Sometimes something like a carbonara passes the test despite its low meat content but more often than not he wants something a bit more substansial so I need to get creative with the slowcooker and 'cheaper' cuts of meat. Another thought was he takes rolls to work daily so we buy cold meat usually 2-3 times a week but I am thinking buying a large gammon/ham and homeyroasting it myself then getting it sliced up when cold and maybe doing the same for a roast beef joint. I think we can do his rolls for under £15 for the month rather than what is closer £15 for the week. OH bought 4 slices of roast beef from Mr M's deli today £2.48 for 4 slices He used all 4 over 2 rolls with a sliced tomato between both. When you add in juice, fruit, snack/crisps then really it is costing us £££. Physical job so he needs food and can't be starved or given a celery stick and some hummus but I do think its an area we need to be addressing.
Other than that we are just a bit in limbo while we discover how much utilities etc actually cost.
We have an allotment so planning for veg to last all through the summer/autumn seems a must for 2011 plus it will be great for the kids.MF aim 10th December 2020 :j:eek:MFW 2012 no86 OP 0/20000 -
I wrapped the kids pressies today, I love the feeling of having it done and dusted. Wish it was money neutral like yours. I have spent a fair bit but got some bargains too.
BP I get about £10-15 a month amazon vouchers but I go on it every day at night and play the guaranteed pot at 8pm. Sometimes dont win for a week and the other night I won 2 fh in a row and a line. I think its definitely worth it.#
I'm lucky being on my own as far as my GC budget goes, I dont buy meat very often at all but if I do I make it last a few meals. Kids also love luncheon meat in sarnies so thats really cheap.MPs left feb '08 276- Dec 13 36 :T MB Jan 10 ~ £82,377 Dec 13 ~ £29987

I really should get into BP. I bought a fair bit in the boots jan sale using my points earned in 2009, then bits from amazon mostly sulvanian families sets, the odd boots toy glitch and PC which paid over £120 this year oh an i use my halifax £10 a month reward thngs to sit in with the PC stuff from paypal. Pot pretty much empty though and I still have gifts to buy so :S. I did use my scratchie 'winnings' to load onto a christmas Mr A savings card and have £144 on that which will be rounded to £150. I will be naughty though because My mum works there and they get a special staff discount day with 20% ad 30% off some things so she will be spending that on my behalf for kiddie clothes, some adult clothes, christmas sweets, perfume/aftershave etc. Like you I wrapped and tagged it all a few weeks ago and I think we have went OTT quantity wise.MF aim 10th December 2020 :j:eek:MFW 2012 no86 OP 0/20000
