Yes then I understand if its rare or collectible. But I've had people asking to post rubbish abroad. But I guess one mans junk is another's treasure :A0

I feel for the OP as the buyer agreed to the postage costs and now is trying to get money out of the seller.
You have to consider which you want more... the money or 100% positive feedback. She might come round if you offer her a refund of the postage.
Otherwise theres nowt you can do. Sorry
