£303 for 4 nights covering fri and sat - what do you think - i'm only fretting as its none refundable and the other sites penny mentions have packages with money off stuff as well

Thats around $500 and given it includes a weekend i think its a great price. The recent promo codes that were floating around for P had rates at $109 weekdays and $159 weekends before tax so that gives you an idea of how good your rate is:D Palazzo is a beautiful hotel, you'll have a fabulous time there.

Just doublecheck with https://www.smartervegas.com and fatwallet to see if it can be beaten but i don't think it can if £303 is the total price all in.

i think its the full price and cant find anything better apart from the extras that are offered and also i think it's a no cancellation booking which prob makes it cheaper. I'm off to take a deep breath now and get my card :T

I think the closest WalMart to you is the one on Charleston -
We've been to that WalMart and it's not the best in the area - but it's pretty decent, and it's a SuperCentre so it's massive.

Thats the one we always use. Which ones are better, bearing in mind it must be a supercenter.
The common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot. If you deal with the lowest bidder, it is well to add something for the risk you run, and if you do that you will have enough to pay for something better.

There you go again, no sooner do I come to terms with not having them around, then someone brings that name up .:(:(:cry:

We're also SuperCenter snobs. Our 'home' WalMart is the one right by Sunset Station in Henderson - across from a Best Buy and just down the road from Galleria Mall....bonus is there's an In-n-Out in the parking lot. I checked and it's on Marks Street, zip code 89014. We normally go via GVR or Boulder Highway and stop on the way - it's not the closest, but it's the one we like.

Thinking about it though - last trip we went via Eastside Cannery and Sam's Town we did notice a new SuperCentre right there on Boulder Highway. We didn't go in as we had other stops to make before we could do the shopping but it may be even better.

The one on Charleston is fine - we did our normal grocery shop there last trip and didn't have trouble getting anything we normally pick up at the Marks Street one...just that the Marks Street one at least seems bigger and a bit nicer.

oh, and sorry about the MaxJet thing - at least you got to experience flying with them - we never did...and Stansted is by far the closest airport for us. We were so sad.
Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?

    Hi guys,

Really looking forward to my trip & it's good to see so many new names on here going too - very popular :T

Anyway I would like to get some currency sorted & just wanted to know a wee bit more about Crown. They have a rate of $1.66 for my dates (mid Sept) at present but currently the $ is availale for 1.60 locally.
    • are they reliable?
    • how long before trip would you book in your delivery - we travel on 16/09/09
    • what's the best payment method - I was thinking cheque as I would probably get charged extra for paying by card
The other option of course is to take a gamble on the daily rate but I realise rates fluctuate alot, particularly in this financial climate & the $1.60 may not be available for long.

    Thanks
