I've just figured out where it is on a map. This is probably another stupid question but how would you find a taxi in vegas?:o Would I just ask the hotel?

as well as all casino's having a rank , so do shopping malls ect.

you need to have the casino taxi rank guy call them for you , don't just get into the first one you see in the queue . just ask any member of staff where the rank is for the casino . a

and like Ferf says , don't bother trying to hail one either .

The common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot. If you deal with the lowest bidder, it is well to add something for the risk you run, and if you do that you will have enough to pay for something better.

Got back from Vegas yesterday. Been this time of year before, but this year was the quietest it's we've ever seen it.

Good news for us though as there were lots of sales on and lots of cheap stuff to be had.

Visited the new Cloud Nine balloon ride, which was pretty good for $22. It was so quiet that my wife and i were the only people on it.

Also tried the new CSI experience which quite frankly was a massive dissapointment and not worth the $30 entrance fee.

    Show's we saw were;

Peepshow (good, but not as good a Zumanity)
KA (saw this for the second and it was just as fantastic as the first)
Le Reve (Not bad, but a bit of a one trick pony with the whole water thing)
Twisted Sister (played at the Hilton and were fantastic)

KA and Le Reve were very quiet and the box office were even selling tickets for BOGOF, even then they were still only half full.

When we did it in May they said they would have a new one in September, but to leave it a few months before doing it so they could iron out the kinks.

We enjoyed it, but not sure if I would do it again unless we had company.

I'm very excited about this! I saw some reviews on TA for the new adventure right after out trip in October and was gutted to find out that it had changed before we werent (though their website at that time didn't reflect that). Now with Luci's comments I'm glad that we waited. :) I plan to get this booked shortly.
Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?

My Good Lady Wife dislocated her shoulder the day the BA strikes were announced and so we've had a bit of a stressful week but it's all worked out in the end and we fly out tomorrow on my birthday from London for a week.

I haven't booked anything apart from the hotel, Caesar's Palace, as we weren't sure if we'll make it or not.

I shouldn't have trouble finding stuff to do. I hope I haven't left it too late to book stuff.

I was wondering if any of you knowledgable people on here may know the answer to this one....

My husband and myself would like to go to Vegas in January round about the 15-17 for 7 days and I wondered do the prices go up after Christmas? And before anyone starts, I'm not asking anyone to look into their crystal balls but more along the lines of in your experience have the prices been lower prior to Christmas.

Over the last couple of days the prices keep going up and we're not sure whether we should book before Christmas or after. Does anyone know if there is anything on the week of the 17th as the offers in the hotels all seem to go up this week.

Well thanks for any help we may get.
