October , NovemberJust a question on LVA online membership. Am I correct in thinking that the $37 online option you can print coupons once with 10day expiry.
Just wondering whether the $70 option may be better to get hard copy of coupons.
What is peoples opinions? please.
You get the book (the Member Reward Book) with all of the hard copy coupons with either option. With the $70 option you get the monthly newsletters as well which may have additional coupons in them, but the majority will be in the book. You can also log on and download and print some additional coupons as well - not sure if they are the same as the ones in the newsletters or not - you can also view the newsletters online I think. We've never bothered with the full subscription.
Ok - just double checked and yes, the only benefit of the full subscription is hard copies of the monthly newsletters.

January , FebruaryHi everyone.
I'm off to Vegas in Feb 2010, booked our flights in the summer during BA's sale and got a direct return from Heathrow for £379.
Haven't booked the hotel yet, but it's been decided (not by me) that we are all staying at Paris. Has anyone here stayed there before and what did you think?
Cheapest room rate I've found is from Alpharooms, which is £512 per room, including taxes and surcharges. I thought about booking direct through the hotel, but looking at their online reservation, it seems more expensive? |Any other suggestions I may have overlooked.
The boyfriend and I went to Vegas in 2005, just the two of us, and it was the first time. We stayed at Circus Circus (mainly as it was cheap and budget was the deciding factor). When we arrived we were quite impressed, however as we spent the next few days sightseeing other hotels, it was obvious how much nicer the others were.
We did the Grand Canyon tour then (can definitely recommend the quad bike/ATV tour, was loads of fun and spent a good 1 1/2 riding through the canyon to the edge of the middle gorge with the river below). So not interested in doing it again, although the others are.
Went to a cirque de soleil show at New York New York and also went go-karting (also very good fun). Rest of the time just went out for dinner, few nights gambling in the cheaper casino's, Circus Circus, Riviera etc (I found them more relaxed with friendlier croupiers for less experienced players like myself).
This time there's a group of us and the girls (all single) mostly want to go to bars in the evening and shopping during day.
Boyfriend wants to go go-karting again and to the gun store. He also wants to try entering a few low level poker tournaments.
All in all it seems will be a very busy week trying to fit everything in and keep everyone happy!0 -

have fun :beer::beer:
if you are set on Paris , then make a reservation you can cancel then see what comes along offer wise nearer the time .
check the links in post 1 :ABetter in my pocket than theirs :rotfl:0 -
SeptemberWe've stayed at Paris twice and really liked it. Your price is an average of $119/night and it doesn't seem bad compared to the Hot Deals on Harrah's website.
https://www.harrahs.com/MarketCalendar.do
There are rarely offers on Paris although they do pop up from time to time. I am guessing from the fact you have quoted in sterling that you are looking at a third party site.
As suggested, if booking direct is around the same price, book direct with the hotel. They will only take the first night's deposit which will be refunded if you cancel more than 72 hours before arrival. Then keep checking the sites suggested on Page 1 to see if there are any offers. If there are you can call and get the lower rate or cancel and rebook.0 -

In addition to the Hot Deals link Luci posted, you could check this:
http://www.harrahs.com/vegasvacation/
Sometimes it's better than the Hot Deals rates, sometimes it's not...worth checking though. I seem to recall when someone booked through this link before that they did take the whole amount at the time of booking, but it was cancellable.
Also not sure what dates you've booked in Feb, early in the month there are a few medium sized conventions when added together will mean prices will be higher than usual.

Come on Vegas fans , help us catch up :T:T:beer:Better in my pocket than theirs :rotfl:0
