Hi, we are visiting LV in two weeks and staying at the Monte Carlo. Very interested in visiting the outlets for a bit of retail therapy. Please can anyone tell me if there are any shops that stock genuine UGG boots. Also which buses do we get and where from ?
Any advice would be very much appreciated.

I am definatelty going to be trying the $20 bill trick, hopefully it will work, the Bellagio seems to have a high success rate. but with the World Series of Poker Final Table taking place when we are staying it may not be as successfull as I'm sure there will be plenty of people about!

You won't even know the final 9 table is taking place! Even in the May/June tournaments when many thousands are playing they don't have any effect on room rates or $20 success.

For a blog on poker playing and only poker playing Josh from Leeds (and his mate) did a good detailed one last year. You would have to search through last years thread to find the site though ...unless someone here bookmarked it.

    Tracked them down!

I got a new pair of UGG's whilst I was out there last month from Walking Company in Forum Shops but you can get them in quite a few shops like Saks etc in the Fashion Show Mall all genuine, I got the short style and they worked out about £55 cheaper than here.

Hope you have a fab time when your there! :)

Great !:T Many thanks Cand - I think I can find my way to the Forum shops easy enough, especially as they sell UGG's. Would still like a trip to the outlets though, but not sure which direction to catch the bus.

Page 1 has info on the main outlet malls in Vegas and links to their websites which include directions via the CAT buses, though especially for the outlet well past Mandalay Bay, people may have recommendations on alternate routes.

Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?

Thanks wdyw! At least that will mean I have a good chance of the $20 front desk top of working :D

Also, thanks for the links to the blogs! I'll print them off and it will give me some reading whilst on the plane over there no doubt!

No probs :) although I have just thought they did have UGG's in one shop at the Prem Outlet cant remember what it was called but they werent any cheaper than they were in the shops on the strip. Cant help with the bus as we have always jumped in a taxi when we have been, taxi was about $20 ish I think to get there from MGM.

OOps I did look on page1 initially - completely missed the shopping section. Will definately check the links and plan my routes. They have to be very clear otherwise I may get lost especially when feeling apprehensive about finding places. :j

Well I suppose if I can always ask at the customer services desk when there, but if they are no cheaper I may as well get them from the Forum Shops. Its a challenge but a very exciting one. :j
