It states on your email confirmation that an accommodation voucher will be sent to you 14 days before arrival.

I have used City and Show several times, they usually send an email with a pdf attachment to print off for your accommodation voucher.
I have a booking with them for December, 5 nights in Encore for £400

They also have another site, lowcostlasvegas.com

    Hi,

Has anyone flown with us airways and connected via Philly etc?

I was just wondering if my baggage will go right through to vegas or do i need to pick them up in Philly and check them in again?

Your bags will be checked through to Vegas if both flights are on the same ticket.

You will pick them up to clear Customs at Philly, but you just put them back on the belt or in the designated area once you are clear.

But on the way back check them in at Vegas and then forget about them until you get back.

The Monte Carlo is adding a Resort Fee of $9.50 for reservations made after 9 September.

"For your convenience, a resort fee of US$9.50+tx per night will be added to reservations booked after September 9th, 2009, to include the following hotel services: fitness center access, daily newspaper, 2 bottles of Monte Carlo water per day, complimentary copying and faxing, boarding pass printing, and free local and (800) calls."

Looks like a lot of the hotels are going down this route.

Why can't they just offer it at check in with the option to decline? It will make comparing rates much more complicated seeing as all the resort fees are different.

As Luci said, you just pick them up, walk down a bit with them and drop them off again. It's really simple and there will be people queuing to get down to drop them off again, so you can't go the wrong way etc. Philly was a really fast and efficient airport when we connected through there, unlike Chicago, which was a nightmare!

Just thought I'd update you on the flights. We managed to upgrade in the end although it took a few phone calls. Expedia weren't clear on the prices/charges or what to do! Eventually got the upgrade for £375 each for both parts of the flight which isn't too bad I don't think.

Should be a much nicer flight at least :)
