Just an update - I sent my letter a week ago, and today I've had an email from Worldpay to say I've had a full refund. This hasn't yet appeared in my credit card account, but it looks genuine - will update again if it never appears!
I used a Which letter template, which you can copy for free from their website.
Obviously no apology received, but will update the forum again if that happens.0 -
I had the same trouble as many other people re carpaintrepair.co.uk i.e. sent the wrong paint; wouldnt answer emails; only an ansafone. So I got in touch with the local Trading Standards as follows:- West Lothian Council, Environmental Health and Trading Standards, Civic Centre, Howden South Road, Livingston, West Lothian EH54 6FF Tel 01506 280000 Fax 01506 282488 . They got hold of the company and got me a refund.
