Tried this company for touch up paint for 2 cars, and gave them my Car Reg to match the paint. Got confirmation of payment, but no goods. Chased them up twice, and got an email apologising and asking for more info. Gave that to them. They now do not reply to emails, or answer the phone.
I have asked for a refund, but think I may be contacting the card company. My suggestion, steer well clear.

Hi,
What was the outcome of this? I used carpaintrepair.co.uk also, they sent the wrong paint and now won't respond to my emails or phone calls either?
Thanks

Just an update, no resolution from carpaintrepair (ignored all emails and phone calls) have gone to credit card company!
Avoid!0 -
I used this company a couple of months ago, the paint turned up eventually about two weeks not the 24 hours as per the website. The customer service is non-existent there is no response to mails and the phone just rings.

google carpaintrepair.co.uk.
You get their site followed by this thread followed by other complaints.0 -
Same happened to me, first time I've been scammed an feel really annoyed with myself, if only I'd done my usual website check! The site looks really official and I even had a chat with someone there using the inbuilt chat feature which made me feel quite confident in purchasing. sadly 3 weeks on and no paint and no response to emails, so DO NOT BUY from these scammers0

For those still in need I have to say the service from www.paints4u.com was great. Perfect match. Much recommended by the Mercedes Club board.

I too have been scammed. Paid by WorldPay a month ago and they said my new car didnt show up on their database so I sent them details (i.e. scan of sticker in service book)
They just wont reply to my emails. Does any one think by sending the details I did that this would encourage theft of my car !
